Helpful and non-pushy. Sauna, the mini evolve, works great. I couldn’t find many reviews online for the company or sauna, apart from two people on YouTube That’s a shame as company was fine.

The sauna has a turning on beep. Not loud, but It’d be useful to be able to disable in case of using it early morning or late at night
