Great product and service. After much research I decided to purchase the Sunstream Evolve 20 for my wellness studio, we have had the cabin for over a year which is used on a commercial basis and have had no issues, the product and customer service I have received has been exceptional. The sauna is roomy and raises temperature quickly, the added accessories are a bonus. Easy to clean and maintain, and Russel has been on hand with advice and to answer any questions. We searched for a low EMF sauna with no chemicals in materials (such as particle boards or plywood). I'm really impressed with the quality of Sun Stream sauna which is good value for the money invested. The sauna was delivered from the UK to the Czech Republic without any problems within a couple of days. Also, the setup was very easy. Thanks for the great service!

I finally bought the Evolve 20 after months and months of research. I am so delighted with it. Sun Stream customer service was brilliant and the sauna itself is amazing. My only regret is not buying it sooner! It arrived well packaged and was easy enough to put together with the detailed instructions. It is excellent quality, very well built.

This is a proper decent sauna. Have had mine for just over 3 years now... use it on average five times a week and its never let me down.

I like it as hot as it can get and it does take about 45 minutes to get to its top heat... on a good day i can manage 15 to 20 minutes in one sitting.. 25 pretty much max with a five minute break before i'm truly baked. Obviously you dont have to have it that hot but i like to sweat and have a very busy schedule. Defo feel the benefits... less achey, better sleep. So their not cheap but i did a lot of research on the market... the panel affixed to the door, in the footwell and on the back of the legs defo gets you all round for max heat penetration. Also, their life time guarantee is a winner in my books. If your gonna use it at least 3 times a week then its defo a worthy investement...

Great communication - prompt, clear and always helpful. Managed to visit a local ‘Health and well-being Centre’ who had recently purchased the Evolve 20 - tried out the sauna and had a really helpful chat with the manager. Great experience and all positive. Installation was fine but definitely needed two people as some parts are quite heavy. Have been using it regularly now for a few weeks and really happy with everything.

After doing some research on IR saunas I ended up choosing a SunStream Evolve 20. It was much better value than some of its competitors. The sales guys were very helpful with any questions I had and didn't push me into making a purchase. I wasn't sure whether to go for the mini the 10 or the 20, but I'm glad I went for the 20. I still use it as a one person sauna but its nice to have extra space if your budget allows for it and your room can accommodate it. Assembly was fairly straight forward but it is a two man job. I am using the sauna pretty much every day and the benefits to me are general relaxation and increased recovery from workouts. Once I turn on the power it is already pretty hot within 15 minutes and then I go in the sauna. I am sweating profusely after 10 minutes...

...all the heaters measured low EMF. I was very pleased with that finding. In checking other companies where they have advertised that their heaters gave out low EMFs when I put them to the test some were actually over 100 mG. I love how the wooden grids come off to clean the floor heater and wall heaters if they get splashed with sweat. It’s easy for my staff to go in, wipe them off and keep the sauna sanitary.

I feel the heat is necessary for the dancers. Using the sauna to warm up before a rehearsal, before a treatment or a workout adds to the effectiveness of their overall program that I have set up for them. It’s a great addition to the rehab programs and the maintenance of proper health for the dancers at the National Ballet of Canada.

I finally got to truly try out the sauna. I love it! I sweat so much that I left a puddle on the floor. One of our patients who has used Infrared saunas before commented that this one [Evolve 20] was 1000 times better than what she has been paying to use elsewhere.

Compared to other leading brands I’ve tested, the Evolve 20 delivers a faster heavier sweat due to its 360 degree Infrared body coverage. It’s also the lowest EMF & ELF sauna I’ve tested. It’s truly exceeded my expectations!

Great service . Even had a reply from my email on a bank holiday. Extremely helpful. Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery as it was out of stock but kept up to date on delivery. The sauna is amazing . It heats up very quickly and I actually sweat which I have found very difficult in traditional saunas. Fitting was straightforward with very comprehensive instructions. Just be aware when carrying in the side panels that the glass decorative strips are not held in place once the packaging is removed and one of ours fell out and smashed. The company offered to replace it but it was on the side next to the wall so it can’t be seen anyway. I did a lot of research before buying this and I couldn’t be happier with my sauna. Been in nearly every night , love it !

Had my Sun Stream Evolve 20 sauna for just over a year now and I'm very happy with it and the service from Sun Stream Saunas. Prior to purchasing it I read lots of reviews and watched plenty of online video reviews about the various sauna types and models. The Evolve 20 isn't the cheapest 2 person sauna available but it also isn't anywhere near as expensive as some other saunas I considered. I like the look of it and how easy it is to use. Another positive point is that it only needs a standard socket to plug into rather than requiring a separate mains supply. I've already recommended it to others that expressed an interest in purchasing a home sauna.

The sauna was delivered on time well packaged. My wife and I put it together with a little bit of difficulty. Some of that was because of our age and strength, but also the instructions could have been a bit clearer. Once constructed, it is a beautiful bit of kit, that is economical to run. We have it in a log cabin in the garden and it works fine, even on the coldest days, it just takes a little longer to warm up. My arthritis has benefitted from regular use around 3 times a week.

Yesterday I got a call to schedule the delivery and today the sauna has already arrived without any damage. I have already assembled it and put it into operation for a short test. What a wonderful piece of beauty. It was love at first sight 😉 Awesome low EMF levels (I have some meters at home) and great workmanship. Thank you so much for the friendly handling.

I've finally been able to set up the sauna too. Everything was fine. Without problems on the assembly process, neither on the delivery part, of course. I've taken my first measures (of ELF & EMF), and everything seems to be in order. One super thing also...it really has a much faster warming process and gets higher temperatures than "the other" one. My first Sauna was awesome. I sweat in the first 10 minutes what I use to do in 50min with my last option before yours.

I chose Sun Stream for their Ultra Low EMF's & toxic free materials, I also sweat faster in my Sun Stream than I have in other Infrared saunas I have used in the past.
